Jeremy Aisenberg has spent the past two decades developing businesses with “talent”. A visionary entrepreneur, Jeremy launched Talent Brand Labs in 2024 following an 18-year tenure at Octagon, one of the world’s leading sports marketing and entertainment agencies. While at Octagon, Jeremy lead the development of substantial businesses and brands for iconic golf talent, leading Strategic Initiatives, digital and social media.

Jeremy has been a driving force in the growth of golf on digital platforms, including leading the emergence of “golf influencers” and driving some of the most watched, read and heard content in the industry.

Considered ‘one of the best start-up minds in sports,’ Jeremy’s entrepreneurial creativity drove business strategies for many of Octagon’s prominent clients, including Paige Spiranac, Hank Haney, Nick Faldo, Julio Rodriguez, Michael Phelps, Steph Curry, Jimmy Johnson, and more.

Jeremy has been recognized by Business Insider as one of the top agents in the world for content creators, was nominated by Octagon for the prestigious SBJ 40 under 40 awards, and served on the Sports Innovation Lab’s Board of Directors from 2020-2023. Jeremy began his career in sports working with the “1st Golf Influencer”, David Leadbetter. He received his Masters in Human Genetics from VCU’s School of Medicine and resides in Midlothian, Virginia, with his wife and four children.

Cam Rogers Business Strategy

Cam is a creative problem-solver functioning at the intersection of strategy, design, and innovation. Her undergraduate degree in international politics and a lifetime in competitive team sports has taught her the art of diplomacy, which she now leverages to help align the wants of brands with the needs of users.

When Cam is not hustling to tackle a brand challenge, you’ll find her coaching on the sidelines of a field hockey pitch with the club she co-founded, Relentless Field Hockey Club.

Gary has been in the creative space for over 20 years, crafting compelling narratives through branding. Specializing in transforming ideas into powerful visual identities, Gary has worked with corporations, individual talents, and beloved intellectual properties, including SpongeBob from Nickelodeon.

His passion lies in telling people’s stories—whether for a global brand or a rising artist—by taking what’s inside a client’s head and bringing it to life in the real world. Gary’s unique ability to align creativity with strategy allows him to turn abstract visions into memorable, impactful experiences that resonate with audiences.
